I'm thinking about trying THIS workout. It claims that you'll lose a dress size in 2 weeks. It is pretty basic and doesn't require much equipment, just some hand-weights and either a treadmill or the ability to get out and walk.
Anybody want to try it with me? I'm planning on starting it Monday. We can hold each other accountable.....
