C25K W1D2

I just completed Week 1 Day 2 of C25K.
and it went something like this....

5 min warm up 3.8mph
.30 sec run 5mph
.45 sec walk 3.5mph
.45 sec run 5mph
1 min walk 3.5mph
1 min run 5mph
1 min 30 sec walk 3.5mph
.30 sec run 5mph
.45 sec walk 3.5mph
.45 sec run 5mph
1 min walk 3.5mph
1 min run 5mph
1 min 30 sec walk 3.5mph
.30 sec run 5mph
.45 sec walk 3.5mph
.45 sec run 5mph
1 min walk 3.5mph
1 min run 5.5mph on the last run because I felt great
1 min 30 sec walk 3.5mph

I was supposed to finish with a 5 minute cool down but Eli decided he needed to eat 15 minutes early :)

So I was on the 'mil for 21 minutes and 30 seconds and went a total of 1.45 miles.

I actually felt really good the entire workout and I didn't check my HR this time because at this point I don't think it really matters. The doctors have basically told me to just live with it, so that's what I'm going to do...
